Short Term Secure

Temporary Housing Insurance Provided by Gallagher

Short Term Secure provides protection for guests staying in short-term housing by offering coverage that extends beyond the unit itself. The program applies to guests and their personal belongings throughout all 50 states, ensuring consistent coverage regardless of location.

This program is designed to add an extra layer of security during temporary housing stays by addressing common risks associated with occupancy. Coverage includes protection against accidental damage to the unit, coverage for personal property both inside and outside the residence, and liability protection for qualifying incidents. Together, these components help support a smoother housing experience for both guests and housing providers by reducing exposure to unexpected costs and claims.
