How it Works
TDY Rentals partners with homeowners and property managers to provide housing for government travelers on official assignments. Stays are typically longer than traditional short-term rentals and are driven by government travel needs—not tourism or seasonal demand.
Properties do not need to be furnished. When appropriate, TDY Rentals can furnish unfurnished homes, allowing more property types to qualify.
