Referral Program Terms and Conditions

The TDYRentals Referral Program (“The Program”) allows Advocates to earn up to $100 per friend by referring friends to become new users of TDYRentals.
To participate, advocates must agree to these terms, which become part of the TDYRentals Terms of Service. Capitalized terms that are not defined here will have the same meaning given to them in the TDYRentals Terms of Service.
How to Earn Referral Money
Advocates can earn payments when (i) a referred friend signs a rental contract with TDYRentals that complies with our Terms of Service; and (ii) the referred friend confirms the advocate. Only one advocate per rental contract is authorized.
The advocate will be credited with the cash payment specified for each reservation after the completion of the referred friend’s rental contract and monthly payment. Payments to the advocate will be made monthly in the lesser amount of either: (i) 10% of the referred friend’s monthly rental rate (less taxes) or (ii) $100. An advocate can earn multiple cash payments if the referred friend completes more than one Qualifying Reservation. There is no limit on the number of friends an advocate can refer. The maximum total cash payment that can be earned by the advocate per referral is $100.
If for any reason you believe that there is a discrepancy regarding your cash payment, please contact us. TDYRentals may require you to submit additional information in order to make a determination regarding your balance. All decisions regarding your balance will be final and at TDYRentals’s sole discretion.
You are responsible for any Tax consequences, if any, that may result from your cash payment. Where applicable, TDYRentals may be required to account for VAT or other taxes as required.
Sharing Referral Links
Referrals should only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes. Referral links should not be published or distributed on commercial websites (such as coupon websites, Reddit, or Wikipedia) or on blogs. Advocates are prohibited from “spamming” anyone with referral invitations. This includes mass emailing, texting, or messaging people you do not know, or using automated systems or bots through any channel to distribute your referral link. Advocates are prohibited from paying to advertise their referral links.
Referred Friends
Referred friends who have signed up using a valid referral will also receive a $100 Amazon Gift Card upon completion of their first month of rental. Referred friends must verify the identity of the advocate before signing their rental contract. Only one advocate per rental contract is authorized.
This program expires on 2 May 2024. Offer available only during this time period. TDYRentals reserves the right to any remedy, including cancellation of your account or reservations, if fraud, tampering, violations of these terms or TDYRentals’s Terms of Service or Payments Terms of Service, or technical errors are suspected. Void where prohibited. If your reservation later qualifies for a refund, the maximum refund you may receive is the amount you actually paid.
Multiple Referrals
A referred friend may only use one referral. If a referred friend receives a referral from multiple advocates, only the advocate confirmed by the referred friend will receive the cash payment.
The Program may not be combined with other TDYRentals referral programs or incentives. If a referred friend receives a referral from multiple TDYRentals referral programs, preference will be given to whichever advocate the referred friend chooses.
Severability
If any provision in these terms is held to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, such provision (or the part of it that is making it invalid, void or unenforceable) will be struck and not affect the validity of and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
Termination and Changes
TDYRentals may suspend or terminate the Program or a user’s ability to participate in it at any time for any reason.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts or remove cash payments if we notice any activity that we believe is abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of the TDYRentals Terms of Service or Payments Terms of Service. We reserve the right to review and investigate all referral activities and to suspend accounts or modify referrals in our sole discretion as deemed fair and appropriate.
The scope, variety, and type of services and products that you may obtain by cash payments can change at any time.
Updates to the Terms
We can update these terms at any time without prior notice. If we modify these terms, we will post the modification on the TDYRentals.com website, applications, or services, which are effective upon posting. Continued participation in the Program after any modification shall constitute consent to such modification.
