We recognize that even the leading furniture rental companies or corporate housing accommodations fall short in providing the furnishings and products necessary to transform partially or unfurnished living spaces into positive temporary homes. That is why we offer a fresh approach – delivering brand-new, top-quality furniture to your doorstep anywhere in the USA.

Our Approach

Receive Temporary Duty Orders

Once assigned Temporary Duty Orders, we’ll help you estimate your total lodging allowance, find comfortable accommodations, and calculate your furniture budget.

Sign the Rental Contract

One of our sales agents will work with you to design your contract and optimize your TDY entitlements. (Use this rental contract to file a funding authorization if your agency requires.)

Pick Out Your Furniture

After calculating your total contract value, we allocate 1/3 toward the purchase of brand-new furniture. Our interior design and operations team will help you select the perfect furnishings to meet your individual furniture rental needs.

Be creative! We’ve rented desktop computers, home gym equipment, Japanese futons from Japan, and baby bassinets.

We Handle Delivery and Setup

We will coordinate with you for the delivery and setup of your furnishings exactly where you’d like it.

Depart/Sell

Near the end of your stay, we coordinate for the sale of your rental furniture. You can wipe your hands and walk away, and we’ll come pick it up to be sold on the open market…

OR you can purchase it for only 25% of the retail value. Purchase what you like, leave what you don’t.

After Your Temporary Duty

We liquidate your furniture on the open market at the end of your rental period!

Military Furniture Rentals

You can keep what you want at 25% of the retail purchase price.

And leave what you don’t. We will pick up everything for you.

TDY Furniture Rentals

Just to be Clear, This is NOT Rent-to-Own.

This is definitely not “rent-to-own” or “option-to-buy.”  However, you do have a great chance to purchase furniture you used at a discounted price. Since we don’t warehouse or re-use furniture, we liquidate your furniture on the open market at the end of your rental period.  The liquidation price is 25% of the original purchase price.  You can purchase your used furniture if you’d like and this DOES NOT run afoul of the JTR, FAM/FAH, FTR, and other Travel Regulations.
