Referral Program Terms and Conditions

TDY Rentals manages its referral partner program through impact.com. This page explains enrollment, referral tracking, and payments. Your accepted TDY Rentals program agreement in impact.com sets your commission rate, qualifying actions, referral credit rules, and payment schedule. If this overview differs from that agreement, the accepted agreement controls.
Joining the Program
Use the TDY Rentals signup or invitation link to create an impact.com partner account or sign in to an existing account. Complete the requested account information and review the program terms presented to you. Participation begins when your TDY Rentals partnership is active in impact.com; creating an account or submitting an application alone does not guarantee approval.
Keep your account and contact information accurate. Before participating, confirm any restrictions that apply to your employment, military service, professional license, or organization.
Your Partner ID and Referral Link
Your impact.com Partner ID identifies your partner account. Once your TDY Rentals partnership is active, use the TDY Rentals tracking link available through impact.com to share referrals. Your personal tracking link connects referral activity to your account; the public program signup link is for enrolling partners.
Share your tracking link with people who may need TDY Rentals housing or furniture rental services and let them contact TDY Rentals through the linked website. Keep the tracking information in the link intact. The contact form on our referral program page is not an alternative way to enroll in impact.com or establish referral credit.
Qualifying Referrals and Commission
A click, inquiry, form submission, or pending action does not by itself guarantee a commission. A referral must meet the qualifying action and all eligibility requirements in your accepted TDY Rentals agreement. Review that agreement to understand the required rental or booking milestone before you begin referring.
Your agreement determines the amount payable, the referral window, and how credit is assigned when more than one partner or marketing source is involved. Duplicate, canceled, invalid, or fraudulent activity may be rejected or reversed under the applicable agreement. Do not assume that naming a partner after an inquiry guarantees referral credit.
Payment Through impact.com
Eligible commissions are processed through impact.com according to your accepted program terms. Recorded activity may remain pending while it is reviewed and before its locking and payment dates. A pending commission is not an available balance, and a scheduled payment is not the same as a completed withdrawal.
Complete the tax, identity, and payment information requested within impact.com and set your withdrawal preferences there. Payment availability depends on the program’s validation and payment schedule, funding, and impact.com account requirements. Available withdrawal methods, thresholds, and processing times depend on your account and location.
You are responsible for applicable taxes on your earnings. Submit tax and payment details directly through impact.com, rather than through the TDY Rentals contact form.
Sharing and Promoting Responsibly
Use the promotional methods allowed by your accepted agreement. Clearly disclose that you may receive compensation when someone uses your referral link and completes a qualifying referral. Follow the rules of any group, website, or platform where you share it.
Do not send spam, submit false referrals, misrepresent TDY Rentals services, or promise unapproved discounts or payments. Review your agreement’s restrictions before using paid advertising, brand names, logos, or promotional materials. Participation does not authorize you to make commitments on behalf of TDY Rentals.
Customer Offers and Earlier Promotions
Partner commission and customer promotions are separate. Joining the impact.com program does not automatically provide a gift card or other reward to the referred customer. Any customer offer must be expressly included in a current TDY Rentals promotion and is subject to that offer’s terms.
Earlier gift-card promotions and expired offers are not renewed by this page. Questions about a referral made under an earlier offer should be sent to TDY Rentals for review under the terms that applied to that referral.
Questions, Support, and Referral Discrepancies
For help joining TDY Rentals, locating your link, or reviewing a referral, email [email protected]. Include your partner account name, Partner ID if available, and a brief description of the issue. Please do not send passwords, bank details, or tax documents.
Use your impact.com account for program terms, tracked activity, and commission status. For platform access or payment setup help, use the impact.com Help Center. Our website contact area is for partner assistance; enrollment and commission management take place in impact.com.
Program Changes and Ending Participation
Changes to commission rates, payment rules, or participation are governed by the applicable TDY Rentals agreement and impact.com terms. Review notices and contract updates in your impact.com account. Updating this overview does not by itself amend an individual partner agreement.
