Property maintenance during your TDY is the responsibility of the property manager. It is the responsibility of the lessees to maintain all rental furnishings and lodging in good condition subject to ordinary wear, and for any damage, loss, or destruction during their TDY. TDY Rentals shall obtain and maintain insurance of its personal property (furnishings, appliances, etc.) located at the premises. Tenants should obtain separate insurance for their personal possessions (if desired).
