How to Sign up and Create Your Account
1. Fill Out the Affiliate Program Form at the Bottom of the Page
Enter your first and last name, your email, and your company name. Make sure to use the SAME email that you intend to use when submitting your referrals in the customer portal.
2. Redirect to the Sign Up Link
After submitting the form, you will be prompted with a link that will redirect you to sign up for your portal. This link will send you to a new tab where you will be able to register for your account.
3. Register For Your Portal
After you have been redirected to the portal registration tab, create your account. Make sure you complete the registration process with the SAME email you used to complete the Affiliate Program form.
4. Verify Your Email
Before signing into your portal, please note that you will be directed to verify your email. Check your inbox, and if you don’t see the verification email in your main inbox, please ensure to also check your spam or junk folder. Click the “verify email address” link provided in the email. Once your email has been successfully verified, you will be automatically redirected to a new tab. From there, you can proceed to sign in to your portal smoothly.
5. View Your Portal
Once you’ve signed into your portal, you’ll gain the ability to submit your referrals and easily monitor their status in the tickets table.
6. Submit a Referral Ticket
Once you’ve navigated to the “Submit Referral” tab located at the top right of your portal, you can proceed to submit your referrals. Please ensure that you use the same email address you used during sign-up and portal registration when submitting the form.
7. Follow Your Referral’s Status
After submitting your referrals through the portal, it may take a few minutes for the system to process them. The portal will refresh automatically, and you’ll then be able to view your new referral tickets in the referral tickets table. From there, you can track the status of your referrals as our sales team contacts them. Rest assured, our sales team will reach out to the new referrals within 24 hours of your submission.
