Property maintenance during your TDY is the responsibility of the property manager. It is the responsibility of the lessees to maintain all rental furnishings and lodging in good condition subject to ordinary wear, and for any damage, loss, or destruction during their TDY. TDY Rentals provides temporary lodging insurance for each client at NO ADDITIONAL COST through an agreement with Gallagher Insurance. Insurance provisions are provided to clients at the time of their signing.
