Military Spouse Fellowship Program

This 12-week fellowship is designed to provide military spouses with meaningful professional experience, career development opportunities, mentorship, and exposure to real-world business operations. Fellows will work directly with TDY Rentals leadership, senior engineers, and team members on projects that support software systems, automation, operational efficiency, and company growth.

The fellowship is intended to help military spouses strengthen technical skills, expand their professional portfolios, gain experience in a growing business environment, and prepare for long-term career opportunities. While continued employment after the fellowship is not guaranteed, TDY Rentals views the fellowship as a potential pathway to future opportunities based on business needs and performance.

About TDY Rentals

TDY Rentals is committed to providing military and government travelers with a superior level of comfort while on temporary duty assignments.

As a virtual company, we have no warehousing or physical overhead, allowing us to provide commercial lodging anywhere in the United States along with brand-new, tailored rental furnishings customized to each client’s personal preferences.

Each member of our team is either a military veteran, military spouse, or Department of State Eligible Family Member (EFM). As a result, we provide subject matter expertise in federal travel regulations, agency-specific receipt compliance, and maintain a 100% reimbursement success rate for our clients.

Because we have personally experienced the realities of temporary government travel, we are passionate about supporting service members and government personnel so they can focus on their mission while feeling supported away from home.

This fellowship is ideal for military spouses who enjoy systems analysis, reverse engineering, technical documentation, databases, automation, and solving ambiguous technical problems.

Fellows will work directly with senior engineers and company leadership through regular mentorship, project review meetings, and professional development discussions while gaining exposure to real-world software infrastructure and systems analysis workflows.
