Even before your final orders are cut, we present you with housing and furnishing options based on your projected lodging per diem entitlements.

Once you’ve got official orders, send them our way. We’ll verify our projections and lock in your pad.

Our experts tailor the space for you – from furniture style and workspace ergonomics to pet needs – and set it up prior to your arrival so you can focus on pre-deployment preps.

4. Move In with Confidence

No stress, no surprises. Your compliant, reimbursable home away from home is ready the moment you arrive.

5. Wrap-Up Support

At the end of your TDY, we liquidate the used furnishings and give you the final NDAA-compliant itemized invoices for your travel claim.  If you have travel trouble parting with your furnishings (and many of our customers do), you have the opportunity to purchase the liquidated items at 75% off retail value.

Coast Guard TDY Lodging Explained

Here are some common Coast Guard TDY lodging myths:

You Must Stay in a Hotel

When on-base lodging isn’t available, the JTR provides scenarios for members to stay in apartments and homes in town. If you’ve ever climbed into a TDY hotel bed after an overnight duty shift only to be awakened by vacuuming or other guests making noise in the corridor outside your room, you’ve lived one of these scenarios.  We put you and your team in bespoke, restful housing so you start each duty shift well rested and ready to contribute.

Coast Guard Rules Are Different

DoD regulations are often difficult to apply to the Coast Guard’s unique position as a DHS military service.  The mandatory DoD lodging program laid out in the JTR, for example, doesn’t exist in the Coast Guard.  We grasp your dual-hatted military and law enforcement status, and our Coast Guard TDY Housing programs meets policy requirements across the board.
