How do you calculate the amount of the TQSE that is available to rent furniture? Do you have a sense of how much that amount generally is?

We calculate the HSTA/TQSE amount based on the number and age of your Eligible Family Members (EFMs), therefore it can vary widely based on each family/individual. Your personal lodging preference then determines how much remaining per diem you can allocate to furnishings. Some clients prefer nicer lodging and minimal furnishings, while other clients prefer to spend the bulk of their per diem on nicer furnishings and average lodging…it’s up to you!
